Have you tried reflexology?
What did you use it for or what part of the body were you working on (if you knew)?
Was it effective?
Did you learn from a book or did a person show you?
Did you use a chart to find the points or just feel around?
What kind did you use (hand, foot, body, etc.)?
What did you think?
Have you used it on animals?

I have used reflexology pretty extensively. I have used muscle testing to accurately find points not on any chart that I happened to need.

I have used reflexology for 32 years for:
headaches
menstrual cramps
hot flashes
other female problems
Graves' Disease (overactive thyroid)
chest pain
back pain
bad adrenals
heart problem
sluggish liver
sluggish lymph
eyesight
voice problems
. . . and many other things I can't recall just now.

I put it here in this forum because this technique is really effective, and you can never have too many effective techniques, can you. Also this is one that you can easily teach to patients/clients.
