Dear Friends,

On Tuesday, January 27, 2009, we will be holding an open Memorial
Service for all those who would like to pay their respects to our
wonderful friend, Goddess Kwan Yin. As we believe she would have
liked, this service will not focus on the sadness of our loss.
Instead we will join together to celebrate her life and all that she
meant to us.

We will hold the service in text chat so you will not need any special
program to attend. Merely follow this link,
http://tcod-library.blogspot.com . At the bottom of the page enter a
nickname and join the room.

The room can also be accessed with any IRC client.

No password is needed to enter the room.

The room will be available at 4:30pm EST (9:30pm England/GMT time) and
will remain open for 6 hours. At 5:30pm EST time and 9pm EST time I
will speak for a few moments in honor of my dear friend. Anyone else
who would like to say a few words is more than welcome to do so.

Lady Julia’s power and internet are out due to an ice storm.

rescheduled as soon as it is known when Lady Julia’s power
and internet will be back up.

Lady Julia’s power and internet are back on.
The Memorial Service for Goddess Kwan Yin
which was interrupted by the ice storm will now
take place this coming Friday from 8 to 11 pm EST.
(Saturday GMT 1:00 am to 4:00 am)
Three hours total.
Anyone may drop in at any time.
Goddess was very fond of mirth and laughter,
so this occasion will focus as best it can on such
activities. Sending positive energy and thoughts
to our dear friend will be the theme.

Lady Julia will speak at 8:30 pm EST and again
at 10:00 pm EST. (1:30 am and 3:00 am GMT)

audio service but also has text capability, so folks
can just listen, listen and type, or listen and speak.
